As Director of Facilities, you lead facilities operations in our Full Service communities-ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and team members. What You'll Do: • Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security operations • Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems • Lead preventative maintenance and emergency response efforts • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and OSHA regulations • Oversee suite readiness for move-ins and community first impressions • Manage vendor relationships and capital improvement projects • Train team members on emergency protocols and safety procedures • Monitor work order systems to ensure timely resolution • Manage department budget, labor, and expense controls • Recruit, train, and develop facilities team members You serve as the technical and operational leader-balancing system expertise with strong team leadership. What We're Looking For: • 3+ years facilities experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, codes) • 2+ years supervisory experience • Knowledge of fire and life safety regulations • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies Director of Facilities - Maintain Safe and Beautiful Communities Director Facilities | Facilities Management | Building Operations
Pay Range:
86,736.00 - 119,808.00
