Director of Facilities

Essential FunctionsIdentifies revenue-generating and revenue-preserving capital improvement projects. Identifies and quantifies the BUs capital needs createsannual capital budgets and manages capital expenditures. Develops and implements all capital improvement projects including storeremodel and rebranding petroleum infrastructure and new programs. Ensures Business Unit is meeting all environmental regulatorycompliance commitments UST systems remediation etc.. Leads repair and maintenance teams accountable for total R&M resources &performance. Achieves specific financial objectives relative to facilities maintenance prepares budget and manages expenditures. Improvesefficiency of Facilities Team processes by evaluating system results recommending new systems policies and procedures implementsrevisions. Responsible for coordinating and permitting with required jurisdictions all A&E petroleum and canopy construction plans forImpact Remodels projects. Responsible for waste management licensing and utilities Maintains continuity among regional division and localwork teams by communicating actions irregularities and continuing needs. Increases employees effectiveness by recruiting selectingorienting and training communicates expectations values strategies and objectives coaches counsels and teaches employees plansmonitors and appraises job related results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Increases professionaland technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networksparticipating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant toCompany plan guidelines.QualificationsBachelors degree or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may besubstituted.5-10 years experience or more preferred.Must be computer literate in MS Access Excel PowerPoint and Word.C-Store and fuel maintenance experience preferred but not required.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essentialfunctions of this job.
