The Director of Faculty Engagement will support the development of faculty at different career stages by developing comprehensive faculty engagement initiatives delivered through a variety of modalities as appropriate.

Collaborating actively with key partners, including college deans and faculty developers, Faculty Fellows, the Institute for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (IETL), and the Office of Research and Development (ORD), is integral to the role.
