Director of Feed & Grain Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join a growing Feed & Grain organization in Ohio. This is a newly created leadership position designed to strengthen and develop our operations team while driving operational excellence across the business.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong background in the feed milling or grain elevator industry and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. This role will oversee key operational functions, provide leadership to five direct reports, and play a critical role in supporting the company's continued growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within the feed milling or grain elevator industry (multi-site preferred)
• Strong knowledge of operations management, maintenance, logistics, and procurement
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + bonus ($120,000-$160,000)
