Director of Finance and Accounting - Remote Flexibility

About the Company and Opportunity:

Our client is a non-profit helping college students stay in school and help them achieve the degree or certification they are after!
Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a Director of Finance and Accounting.
100% Remote - if local they would request 1x month in office
Schedule is Mon-Fri regular business hours 8a-5p.
Pay is $86-89/hr depending on experience
Duration: temp-to-perm, depending on performance, fit, needs of the business

Overview of the Director of Finance and Accounting role:

Oversee accounting and finance
Budgeting/forecasting
Audit
Managing 3 direct reports

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Finance and Accounting:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
NetSuite experience is a plus
CPA required
Non-profit experience is preferred
Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUPs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
