Ironcore Construction is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Director of Finance & Project Controls to lead the financial operations and project controls of our expanding construction platform.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands that construction finance goes far beyond accounting. You’ll oversee the financial health of multiple projects, strengthen controls and reporting, drive accountability, and partner directly with project and executive leadership to support better business decisions.

As Director of Finance & Project Controls, you’ll lead accounting, financial reporting, project accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and construction funding activities across multiple projects.
You’ll serve as a key financial partner to Project Managers, Operations, Corporate, and executive leadership while ensuring Ironcore has the systems, controls, reporting, and financial visibility needed to scale successfully.

Base Salary$200,000 annually
Annual Bonus OpportunityEligible for an annual performance-based bonus based on individual and Company performance.
Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to eligible full-time employees, effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
401(k) + Company MatchEmployees become eligible after three months of continuous employment. Ironcore currently matches 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%.
3 Weeks of Paid Time OffEmployees accrue 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO annually, increasing to 160 hours (4 weeks) after five years of continuous employment.
Paid Sick LeavePaid sick leave is provided in accordance with California law and Company policy.
Employer-Paid InsuranceEligible full-time employees receive Company-paid long-term disability coverage providing 60% income replacement and $10,000 in basic life insurance, subject to applicable plan terms.

Influence the business. Work directly with project, operations, Corporate, and executive leadership on financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Own project financial performance. Bring together accounting and project controls to create better visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
Build scalable systems. Help strengthen the processes, controls, technology, and reporting needed to support a growing construction platform.
Make an impact. Your work will directly influence project profitability, cash flow, financial discipline, and Ironcore’s ability to successfully scale.
