Director of Finance


Salary: $170,000–$185,000 annually + strong annual bonus/incentive opportunity

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:


• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate financial results.
• Analyze standard costs, production variances, inventory, and operating performance metrics.
• Partner with plant leadership on financial planning and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage CapEx evaluations, including ROI and NPV analysis.
• Ensure strong internal controls, IFRS compliance, and audit readiness.

Qualifications for the Director of Finance:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Progressive leadership experience managing teams and financial functions.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
