Director of Finance

We are currently recruiting a Director of Finance for a well-established behavioral health organization in Tallahassee, FL. This senior leadership role involves overseeing daily and monthly accounting operations, partnering with the CFO on budgeting and financial strategy, preparing audit requirements, and ensuring compliance across multiple programs and funding sources.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily accounting operations
• Partner with CFO on budgeting and financial strategy
• Prepare for audits and maintain compliance
• Manage financial reporting for various programs and funding sources
• Oversee contract management, billing, and reimbursement processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA license required)
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Experience in budgeting, compliance, and multi-fund accounting

Additional Information:

• Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
