On behalf of a long term, highly respected client, ITS is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Finance in the Northwest Ohio area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise financial accounting team, including A/P and A/R.
  • Timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Develop budgets and compare with actual results.
  • Maintain internal controls for financial infrastructure.
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings with external firms.
  • Ensure compliance with government reporting and tax requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, sales, use, and local taxes.
  • Understanding of GAAP.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
