IT Applications Director - Finance, HR, and Corporate Systems
SUMMARY:
The IT Applications Director for Finance, HR, and Corporate Systems will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise applications supporting finance, human resources, and other corporate functions. This role ensures that technology solutions align with businessobjectives, improve operational efficiency, and support compliance and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the IT applications strategy for Finance, HR, and corporate systems in alignment with overall business goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders toidentifytechnology needs and prioritize initiatives.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize andoptimizeenterprise applications.
Application Management
Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of core enterprise systems Finance, HRIS,Incentive Management, and other corporate applications.
Ensure system integrations across Finance, HR, and other corporate platforms are seamless and secure.
Manageinternal software development initiativesand vendor relationships.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of application managers,product owners, andengineeringresources.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer service excellence within the applications team.
Governance and Compliance
Ensure applicationscomply withregulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for application management.
Budget and Vendor Management
Develop and manage budgets related to Finance, HR, and corporate systems applications.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with software vendors and service providers.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for application availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
