Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and audit coordination
• Develop and present budgets and financial insights to leadership and board
• Oversee cash management, investments, and financial strategy
• Drive cleanup of financial backlog and improve processes/SOPs
• Manage and develop accounting team (direct & indirect reports)
• Ensure compliance, fund accounting accuracy, and risk management


Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Nonprofit accounting experience required
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and financial operations
