Director of Finance

Position Summary
LUVE US is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead its U.S. financial operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting while providing strategic financial leadership to support operational performance and continued business growth.
The Director of Finance oversees accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial analysis. This position serves as a key business partner to the Managing Director and leadership team while collaborating with international finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, regulatory compliance, tax coordination, and adherence to financial policies.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital management.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Provide manufacturing financial analysis, including cost accounting, inventory, margins, profitability, operational KPIs, and CAPEX performance.
- Deliver timely financial reporting and actionable business insights to executive leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and other functions to improve financial and operational performance.
- Support strategic planning, business expansion, capital investments, and executive decision-making.
- Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team while driving process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders.

- CPA preferred.
- Multinational/global company experience preferred.
- Bilingual capabilities preferred.
- Experience working with international finance teams and stakeholders.
- HVAC, heat-transfer, data center, power generation, or industrial manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing growth, CAPEX, and business expansion.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Smart Working & Travel
This position is primarily on-site. Following six months of successful employment, the Director of Finance will be eligible for one Smart Working day per week, subject to business needs and company policy.
Domestic and international travel is required based on business needs. The successful candidate must be able to travel abroad and maintain any documentation necessary for international business travel.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Manufacturing finance/accounting experience required.
- SAP experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, treasury, working capital, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
