Position Summary / Objective
The Director of Finance is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for driving the organization's financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business intelligence functions. This position partners closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to shape financial strategy, enhance operational performance, and provide data-driven insights that guide enterprise decision-making.
The Director of Finance oversees all FP&A activities including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long-term strategic planning, pricing strategy, and business analytics. This leader ensures financial visibility across the organization and supports owners and lenders through accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reporting.

Lead the FP&A and Business Analytics functions.
Direct oversight of current team members with planned team expansion.
Responsible for strategic workforce planning within Finance to ensure appropriate talent and capabilities to support enterprise growth.
Work Environment
Primarily on-site, in-office role.
Collaborative leadership presence required to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, and Executive teams.
Physical Demands
Office-based role with limited physical demands.
Occasional travel may be required for business operations, lender meetings, or strategic planning sessions.
