We're partnered with a rapidly growing PE-backed professional services platform that is seeking to hire a Director of Finance. This person will serve as the embedded financial leader for a high-growth region. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role combines strategic finance, FP&A, operational analytics, and M&A support. You'll have direct influence on pricing strategy, resource allocation, growth initiatives, and acquisition integration while working closely with leaders across multiple offices.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary finance business partner to regional leadership
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Develop and monitor KPI's across revenue, profitability, utilization and client performance
Analyze business performance
Partner with operational leaders to translate business objectives into financial plans
Drive process improvement
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in progressive FP&A or corporate finance
Professional services, PE-backed, or multi-entity business experience
Strong financial modeling and business partnering capabilities
Experience owning budgets, forecasts, and executive presentations
MBA and/or CPA preferred
