Director of Finance & Operations

Our client is a growing national nonprofit seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to lead the organization’s finance function and support key operational initiatives.

What You’ll Get

$150K–$180K base salary
Up to 5% bonus
Fully remote with minimal travel

What You’ll Do

Lead accounting and financial operations.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Oversee financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
Manage grant accounting and restricted funds.
Oversee payroll, benefits, technology, insurance, and vendors.
Partner with executive leadership and the Board.
Strengthen processes as the organization continues to grow.
Lead and develop a small finance team.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
Strong nonprofit accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA strongly preferred
Experience managing a $10M+ organization or budget
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
Experience with grants, restricted funds, and nonprofit compliance
Experience with 501(c)(3)/(c)(4) organizations is a plus
Strong communication and leadership skills
Consistent career progression and tenure
