Get to Know Your Team:Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. ResponsibilitiesThe Finance Director is a strategic and tactical management position responsible for serving administrative leadership and is involved in most aspects of operations, primarily financial performance. QualificationsJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.5+ years of experience of progressive management experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or audit.Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills, and strategic and critical thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations for senior leaders.Expert-level knowledge and aptitude in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Preferred Job Requirements: Certified Public Accountant (CPA).Sound experience in GAAP, internal accounting controls, research/grant accounting, and patient care regulations.#LI-KS1
