Director of Finance

Great opportunity to join a well established hi-tech start up company. The position will be both hands on and strategic thinking. Ideal candidate will have a combination of both finance and accounting background. Hybrid position with base salary in the 160k-190k range with 10-15% annual bonus. Position will report directly to the CFO. Will consider a senior manager as an option.

Candidate should have:

• FP&A background-Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modeling
• Review Monthly Closing activities, Financial Reporting Statements
• Variance Analysis, Systems Improvements
• Industry experience in SAAS, Software, Technology related company
