The Director of Finance Transformation & Controls provides strategic leadership for the transformation and continuous improvement of Idaho Forest Group's finance organization. This role partners with the CFO and finance leadership to develop and execute the finance transformation strategy, modernize business processes, strengthen internal controls, and leverage technology, automation, and AI to enhance operational effectiveness and decision-making. Working collaboratively across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and other business functions, the Director leads enterprise finance initiatives that improve scalability, governance, and business performance while supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
