What You'll Do



  • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

  • Partner with plant and executive leadership to provide strategic financial analysis and operational guidance.

  • Develop financial models and key performance metrics to drive profitability and support business decisions.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.

  • Manage cash flow, capital expenditure planning, and financial risk.

  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional development.

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.

  • Support audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and manufacturing operations.

  • Proven experience partnering with operational leaders to improve financial performance.

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
