The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is a senior leadership role responsible for owning Cerrowire's financial planning cycle, Marmon Holdings reporting relationship, and capital analysis function. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role serves as a critical strategic partner to executive leadership and functions as the primary FP&A interface with Marmon Holdings.
Marmon Holdings is a global industrial organization comprising more than 100 autonomous manufacturing and service businesses with combined revenues exceeding $10 billion annually. A wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Marmon operates with a decentralized model that gives operating companies significant autonomy while providing access to shared resources, capital, and the financial strength of Berkshire Hathaway. Cerrowire operates within Marmon's Electrical sector and benefits from the resources and stability of this ownership structure while maintaining a focused, entrepreneurial operating identity.
Cerrowire is one of the nation's leading manufacturers of copper building wire, serving residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets across the United States. As part of the Marmon family of companies, Cerrowire benefits from the financial strength, operational discipline, and long-term ownership philosophy of Berkshire Hathaway while maintaining the focused, entrepreneurial operating culture of a market leader in its category.
