Join our exceptional team at Carlton Senior Living as our Receptionist!
Serve as the “Director of First Impressions” by greeting visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism while providing accurate information and direction.
Answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly to resident and guest needs with a high level of customer service.
Support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance or other departments as needed.
Assist the Sales and Activities teams by helping with event coordination, guest arrangements, and preparation of marketing materials.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, present a professional appearance, and stay informed about community events to keep residents and guests engaged.
Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
Prior administrative experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.
