As the first point of contact for clients, business partners, and visitors, you will play a critical role in representing a high-end organization known for excellence, professionalism, and a strong team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients, guests, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Answer and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and documentation
• Support internal teams with various office and operational needs
• Ensure all client interactions reflect the company's high standards and commitment to excellence
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to learn and grow
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
