BASIC FUNCTION Under the direction of the Executive Director of Fiscal Services, plan, organize, direct, supervise, and evaluate District accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping activities; establish and revise payroll and accounting processes and procedures; conduct accounting analyses, prepare financial statements and conduct audits of all District funds and accounts; and to provide complex staff assistance to the Assistant Superintendent, Business Services.
