Job Details

We are currently hiring for a Director of FP&A. This position will drive enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and performance analytics. T

Core Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Direct the Annual Operating Plan, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • Operational Performance: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Real Estate to model capital expenditures (CapEx) and growth initiatives.
  • KPI & Metric Tracking: Analyze segment profitability, labor productivity, and food/beverage costs to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Board Reporting: Translate complex financial data into executive-ready insights and presentations for stakeholders, lenders, and boards.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in corporate finance or strategic finance, with direct industry experience in hospitality, multi-concept dining, or real estate.
  • Skills: Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise planning systems.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor finance teams and collaborate with cross-functional executive leaders.
