I'm currently partnering with a global, highly recognized consumer brand to identify a Director of FP&A who will act as a strategic finance partner to their technology leadership team across the Americas.
This is a high-impact role supporting a rapidly evolving tech/IT function, where you'll help drive financial strategy, support transformation initiatives, and influence key business decisions at a senior level.
What you'll be doing:
Serve as a key finance partner to senior technology leadership, providing insights that shape both short- and long-term strategy
Lead the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, close, and performance reporting
Deliver meaningful analysis (variance, KPIs, project-level insights) to support decision-making
Partner cross-functionally across regions and business units to ensure alignment and transparency
Build clear, actionable financial narratives for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Drive process improvements, including automation and enhancement of reporting capabilities
Support ongoing transformation initiatives across systems, tools, and financial processes
Evaluate and implement new tools to elevate forecasting, data visibility, and reporting efficiency
What they're looking for:
7-10+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within consumer, retail, or related industries
Strong business partnering experience-comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders (CIO/VP level)
Experience supporting technology, IT, or transformation-driven environments is a major plus
Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Process improvement mindset with exposure to automation or digital finance tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge thoughtfully
Bachelor's degree required
Why this role: This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of finance + technology, drive real change, and have direct visibility with senior leadership in a global organization.
If this sounds like you (or someone in your network), feel free to message me directly-I'd be happy to share more.
