We're looking for a Director of Operations who can drive performance, lead teams, and deliver complex projects across electrical, telecommunications, and power systems-especially within federal and government environments.

What You'll Own
- Lead and oversee operations across multiple large-scale infrastructure projects
- Drive execution from pre-construction through closeout
- Partner with executive leadership to set strategy and scale operations
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, Davis-Bacon, and federal standards
- Serve as a key point of contact for government agencies and stakeholders
- Build and lead high-performing teams across project management and field operations
- Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and performance
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Identify risks early-and solve problems before they become problems
What You Bring
Industry Expertise
- 10+ years of leadership experience in construction, utilities, or infrastructure
- Strong background in electrical, telecom, or power projects
- Proven success managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects
Federal Experience (Preferred but Valuable)
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Davis-Bacon, and government contracting
- Experience working with agencies like DOD, VA, GSA, NAVFAC, or Army Corps
