The Director of Government Relations will lead enterprise efforts to ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal ethics and lobbying regulations while advancing Caesars Entertainment's legislative and public policy priorities. Based in Las Vegas, this role partners across Legal, Communications, Compliance, and senior business leaders to support a proactive, transparent, and strategic government relations program.

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, legal/regulatory compliance, or related field.
Deep knowledge of federal and state lobbying and ethics regulations.
Experience managing PAC operations and campaign finance compliance is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.
Proven self-starter who takes full ownership of the role, independently drives priorities, and builds strong relationships across the organization to align stakeholders and secure necessary information.
Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to think strategically and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to analyze data, develop materials, and support business operations.
