STAFFMED HEALTH PARTNERS Confidential Executive Search  |  Posted on behalf of a client Director of Growth Marketing
Pediatric Home Health  |  Dallas Area Hybrid or Remote in Select States  |  Full Time
An established pediatric home health company is hiring its first ever Director of Growth Marketing. One person will own the entire marketing function: patient growth on one side, clinician recruitment on the other.
You set the strategy, control the budget, and hire the team under you as the roadmap proves out. Competitive base salary plus a 20 percent annual performance bonus, full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Dallas area hybrid preferred, remote possible in select states.
The function is new. The company is not. More than three decades serving medically complex children and their families, operations across six states, doubled in size on the strength of the operation alone, with institutional private equity behind it. THE QUESTIONS YOU ALREADY HAVEWhich company, and what exactly does it pay? Both answered in the first conversation, straight, no dance.
What support does a first hire get? You join a dedicated growth and strategy team working beside strategic finance, with an established agency relationship to direct and executive sponsorship from day one. WHY THIS SEAT Most marketing roles hand you a machine someone else built and a mandate to keep it running. This one hands you a proven operation that has never had a marketing engine, plus the budget to build one. The budget is committed, not experimental.
Why now: new state expansion is ahead, and leadership wants the engine built before it arrives. The pioneer writes the playbook everyone after them follows. WHAT YOU WILL OWN Reporting to the Vice President of Growth & Strategy, you will own:
  • The annual growth marketing strategy, budget, and KPI framework tied to census growth, referral volume, and clinician hiring targets
  • Campaigns segmented by market and service line, tuned to local dynamics
  • Always on clinician recruitment marketing with hands on management of Indeed and other job platforms, in partnership with Talent Acquisition
  • Performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and programmatic, optimizing CAC, conversion, and ROAS
  • SEO, website conversion, marketing automation, and CRM nurture for families, referral sources, and candidates
  • Referral source collateral for the business development team, plus agency and vendor management
  • Attribution models and dashboards built with strategic finance that leadership uses for budget decisions
Year one success: campaign playbooks live in every market, measurable census and referral growth, a clinician acquisition engine with falling cost per qualified applicant, and a team build plan you author. WHAT IT TAKES
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years leading growth or demand generation teams
  • Healthcare marketing experience required, with a demonstrated record attracting clinical talent, especially nurses and therapists
  • Hands on depth with Indeed and clinician recruitment platforms strongly preferred; staffing agency or health system background a plus
  • Expertise across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, SEO, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), and CRM
  • Strong analytics: attribution, funnel metrics, budget ownership, and forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus
NEXT STEP The next step is a confidential conversation, not a long application. Send a resume or a LinkedIn profile and we will schedule a call within days. Explore quietly, on your terms: confidentiality runs in both directions, and a conversation commits you to nothing.
