We're looking for a confident and driven Director of Growth (SEO & Web) to own and scale Muck Rack's organic acquisition and website as a primary growth engine.
As the Director of Growth (SEO & Web), you will lead our SEO strategy, website experience, and conversion optimization efforts, turning Muck Rack's website into a high performing source of traffic, pipeline and revenue.
This role requires up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected.
In the US, the base salary range for this role is $150,000–$180,000, depending on skills and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual bonus. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary, bonus, and equity. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
