Director Of Healthcare Services - RN

Ensure the effective delivery of efficient and high quality clinical and paraprofessional home care services to clients in the Pensacola-Fort Walton areas.The DHCS knows the Florida and Federal home care regulations and can implement processes to maintain them. Adhering to Interim HealthCare policies with integrity, compassion for clients and staff, and financial responsibility will promote success in all areas of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assuring daily patient care is delivered by staff in compliance with regulations and standards of care.
• Develop and motivate the clinical and paraprofessional staff teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Three years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experienced with managing caregivers
• Proven organizational skills
• Computer proficiency including the ability to utilize software programs for creating documents and analyses
