    Compensation: Starting at $193,169.00 (Based on Experience)

    Cherry County Hospital is seeking a collaborative and experienced Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services to lead our Home Health and Employee Health programs. This leadership role is ideal for a team-oriented healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while promoting employee health, safety, and wellness.

    Position Highlights

    • Provide leadership and operational oversight for Home Health and Employee Health Services
    • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
    • Lead, mentor, and support interdisciplinary clinical teams
    • Oversee employee health programs, workplace safety, infection prevention, and wellness initiatives
    • Manage departmental budgets, staffing, quality improvement, and operational performance
    • Collaborate with hospital leadership, providers, and community partners to achieve organizational goals

    Qualifications

    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Experience in healthcare operations, home health, and/or employee health preferred
    • Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and compliance
    • Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build positive working relationships
    • Commitment to excellence in patient care and employee wellness

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required 
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 
    • Certification in Home Health or Occupational Health (preferred) 
    • 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, employee health, or related healthcare setting 
    • Strong knowledge of CMS, OSHA, and healthcare regulatory standards
