Our client is seeking an experienced Home Care Director to oversee operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care throughout Western Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day home care operations
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop caregivers and staff
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns
Build relationships with referral sources and community partners
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and operational performance
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Identify opportunities for service growth and improvement
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in home care, home health, senior living, or healthcare
Strong understanding of home-based care operations
Experience recruiting and retaining caregivers
