    Job Title: Director of Hotel Operations

    Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Luxury Hotel Operations to oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of our prestigious hotel. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for upholding our brand's reputation for unparalleled luxury, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence across all departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, front desk, and facilities management.
    • Set and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience reflects our commitment to excellence, personalization, and attention to detail.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans and initiatives to optimize efficiency, elevate service standards, and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management, to achieve profitability targets and enhance the hotel's financial health.
    • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the hotel, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and attract high-end clientele.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders to drive loyalty, advocacy, and revenue growth.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
    • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, trends, and customer preferences, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with excellent strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in hotel management systems, financial analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving innovation.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
