Position: Director of Human Resources


Location: Niles, MI | Onsite
Salary: $90,000–$135,000


About the Opportunity:



  • Growing company looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee all Human Resources functions.

  • This role will partner closely with leadership while supporting employees across the organization.

  • Great opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on HR involvement.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

  • Support managers and employees with HR guidance and day-to-day employee matters.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.

  • Lead hiring initiatives, employee development efforts, and retention strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Manage HR reporting, documentation, and HRIS records.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous HR leadership experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership at all levels.

  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office required.


Salary:


$90,000–$135,000 annually based on experience.
Onsite role located in Elkhart, Indiana.
