Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience supporting organizational growth and change management initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, compensation, benefits, and compliance
  • Union labor relations experience required
