This role reports to the VP of Finance and ensures alignment of HR strategy with organizational goals while maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting a safe workplace, and fostering a strong culture of employee engagement. The Director will oversee HR operations, talent management, labor law compliance, employee relations & culture development, safety collaboration, and workforce development across all sites.
