Director of Human Resource
Department: Human Resources
Position Overview
The Director of Human Resources is a strategic, people-focused leader responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and employment risk while helping shape and strengthen the company's culture. This role requires an experienced HR professional who can independently lead the HR function, exercise sound judgment, and provide guidance to leadership while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations.
We are looking for a kind, approachable, and thoughtful leader who balances empathy with accountability. The ideal candidate builds trust across all levels of the organization, values employee well-being, and is confident setting expectations, navigating complex employee relations matters, and having difficult conversations when necessary.
This role is well suited for a proactive, hands-on leader who takes initiative and enjoys building and improving HR processes, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable working independently, and capable of identifying organizational needs, developing solutions, and driving improvements with minimal direction. We value a collaborative and creative environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas, participate in decisions, grow professionally, and contribute to shaping our workplace culture.
Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is strongly preferred.
