Position: Director of Human Resources

Location: Office of the Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in personnel or a central office setting.
• Experience in education preferred.
• Experience with personnel management software preferred, including Frontline modules (Absence Management, Recruiting and Hiring) and the Genesis SchoolFi Management System.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.

Salary: $100,000. - $140,000. Commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription and Dental Benefits.

Vacation, sick, personal and bereavement days are included.

Terms: Position available August 1, 2026. Twelve month position.
