Position Purpose
To provide guidance, mentorship, and skill leadership in a diverse team and fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This role combines hands-on machine operation, technical expertise, and leadership to drive high standards in quality and production.
Position Responsibilities
Promote a positive and respectful team culture grounded in cooperation and mutual support.
Operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (pipe cutter, structural cutter, clipper) with precision and safety.
Oversee daily workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Collaborate with Project Foreman and maintenance teams to resolve mechanical and production issues.
Track inventory and managing tool and equipment usage.
Provide hands-on leadership for CNC operations while mentoring fellow tradespeople.
Act as a resource and go-to person for technical troubleshooting, training, and guidance.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

CNC machine operation experience preferred but not required, willing to train and invest in employees.
