Key Responsibilities for the Director of Human Resources:

• Lead the company's HR strategy, policies, and employee programs.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage HR operations, systems, reporting, and HR team performance.

Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, engineering, or similar operational environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
