Director Of Human Resources

Role Summary

Our client seeks a Director Of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function for this healthcare organization in the White Plains/New Rochelle area. This is a hands-on, senior-level role responsible for setting and executing the HR agenda and delivering measured results in the key HR functional areas.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a 4-person HR team; driving core HR programs and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations; advancing HRIS use and reporting; and managing cross-functional projects with clear timelines and deliverables.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of HR leadership to include acute business acumen
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- HRIS proficiency; advanced Microsoft Office Suite capability
- Healthcare or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification
