Role SummaryOur client seeks a Director Of Human Resources to lead the Human Resources function for this healthcare organization in the White Plains/New Rochelle area. This is a hands-on, senior-level role responsible for setting and executing the HR agenda and delivering measured results in the key HR functional areas.  Key responsibilities include leading and developing a 4-person HR team; driving core HR programs and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations; advancing HRIS use and reporting; and managing cross-functional projects with clear timelines and deliverables.Required qualifications/skills:- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field- 7+ years of HR leadership to include acute business acumen- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills- HRIS proficiency; advanced Microsoft Office Suite capability- Healthcare or hospitality experience strongly preferred- PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification If you’re ready to lead with integrity and deliver high-impact HR results, we welcome your application.Total RewardsCompetitive salary ($125,000–$130,000 per year) plus a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; generous PTO and more.
