Now Hiring: Director of Human Resources

Location: Orange County, NY
Compensation: $110K–$150K base (flexible based on experience) + full benefits

We’re seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruiting, benefits, safety, legal compliance, compensation, employee relations, and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• A background in manufacturing or construction preferred
• Proven experience building and strengthening company culture
• Union experience is a major plus
• Availability to work in-office daily to start
