Description

We’re looking for a highly driven, organized, and personable Director of Human Resources to play an important role on our team. You’ll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and regulatory compliance. If you’re a natural leader who’s ready to dive in from day one, we look forward to hearing from you! 

Compensation:

$130,000 - $150,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures
  • Oversee human resources programs including employee training, benefits, compensation, and company evaluation
  • Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
  • Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies
  • Liaise between employees and managers and advise on pertinent issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization

Qualifications:
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management
  • Possess an SHRM certification or certification from a similar institute
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR management, business management, or a similar field
