Director of ICU

A hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a senior-level Director of ICU to lead its intensive care unit. This is an on-site, in-person leadership role requiring relocation to the Las Cruces area within 30 to 45 days of hire. Partial relocation assistance is available.

The role. The Director of ICU is responsible for the operational and clinical leadership of the intensive care unit, overseeing nursing staff, care delivery, and departmental management. This position requires a combination of direct ICU clinical background and demonstrated leadership capability to guide team performance and maintain standards of patient care.

What we're looking for.

• Previous leadership experience required
• ICU experience required
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Active NM RN License or compact license with willingness to obtain NM licensure after start
• Ability to relocate within 30–45 days

Compensation. $120,000 - $150,000 per year
