An independent, successful community-based health system is seeking a Director of Imaging & Cardiac Services to lead and grow two critical service lines in a highly visible leadership role.

This is a chance to lead with real influence in a nimble setting—where your voice carries, your decisions matter, and your impact is seen across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape direction, expand programs, and make a measurable impact—not just oversee day-to-day operations.

You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across Imaging and Cardiac services, with responsibility for performance, growth, and team development.

Key focus areas:

• Expanding service lines and outreach initiatives
• Leading Imaging (CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound) and Cardiac services (Cath Lab, Rehab, Vascular)
• Partnering with physicians and strengthening internal/external relationships
• Driving operational performance, access, and patient experience
• Using data to guide decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Leadership experience in Imaging required
