    Job Description

    Position Summary

    The Director of Indirect Procurement leads Shape Corp's Global Indirect Procurement Transformation and is the senior leader accountable for indirect procurement worldwide. The role is responsible for transforming approximately $160M of indirect spend across IT, Facilities, Professional Services, HR, Travel and other indirect categories, expanding the share of that spend under Procurement management and raising sourcing discipline, governance and process maturity across the organization.

    Beyond traditional category sourcing, the position owns the policies, approval workflows, compliance controls that govern how the company buys. It carries explicit savings ownership, drives spend visibility and analytics, and partners with functional leaders to create enterprise-wide value in line with the Global Procurement Transformation roadmap and Procurement Vision 2030.

    Essential Job Functions

    Essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following.

    A. Indirect Category Management

    • Develop and maintain a globally aligned indirect supply base that maximizes profitability through world-class service quality, delivery, innovation and cost.
    • Develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend areas (IT, Facilities, Professional Services, HR, Travel and other indirect categories) based on market and technology trends.
    • Identify business unit needs from the supply base and proactively develop the necessary capabilities.
    • Oversee all activities related to the procurement of indirect goods and services to support enterprise-wide operational and strategic needs.
    • Build and maintain excellent supplier base partnerships.
    • Investigate and implement alternative sourcing models and technologies that provide a competitive advantage.

    B. Transformation & Governance

    • Lead the development and execution of the global indirect procurement transformation roadmap, aligned with the Global Procurement Transformation program, Procurement Vision 2030 and global business objectives.
    • Lead the expansion of indirect spend under Procurement management through policy deployment, stakeholder engagement, sourcing governance and compliance programs.
    • Deploy and continuously improve the Global Sourcing Policy, procurement approval workflows, compliance controls and procurement governance standards across all regions and functions.
    • Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Communications, Operations, Engineering and other functions to drive enterprise-wide value creation through indirect procurement.
    • Align stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policy, sourcing thresholds and approval requirements, and address non-compliant or unmanaged spend.
    • Ensure all procurement initiatives support growth, digital transformation, operational efficiency and talent development.
    • Drive effective use and adoption of indirect procurement systems and tools, including stakeholder training, to improve process discipline and overall procurement effectiveness.

    C. Savings & Analytics

    • Own indirect procurement savings targets and pipeline development
    • Drive spend visibility, KPI management and data-driven decision making for indirect procurement.
    • Report monthly procurement KPIs, including spend under management and savings delivery

    D. Sustainability & ESG

    • Support the company's sustainability agenda through supplier engagement, Scope 3 initiatives, ESG assessments and sustainable sourcing practices, working with external consultant
