Pay Target $185k base plus bonus

Job Summary:
This role is for someone who would wrangle in all of Software and Infrastructure projects for all the groups that head them up. Will be focusing on streamlining existing and legacy applications and processes. Focus on optimizing the company's ability to execute with the tools they already have. Lead teams through the managers already in-house, while partnering with functional business units across the organization and portfolio of company products.

While working in multiple-hat environments, you would be someone who can translate business priorities to technology outcomes. Have the experience asking the right questions and ensure technical excellence without being the lead engineer.

Further, be someone who is experienced in reviewing/reprioritizing technical debt, evaluating business processes compared to software solutions, and finding ways to reduce redundancy.


Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Leadership with cross functional teams including infrastructure, DevOps, security, etc...
• Experience building streamlined technical processes and reducing redundancy.
• Experience in pragmatic process management (agile inspired, but not rigid)
• Experience with driving adoption of modern data stacks in ways that create real value across the portfolio of products (DBT, AirFlow, Snowflake & PowerBI)
• Experience optimizing processes with large-scale products such as Oracle, Coupa, Dayforce, etc...
• Experience reviewing and driving vendor ROI
• Bachelors Degree

• Someone who would take time to be a leader, and mentor others to become better at their jobs.
• Someone who can read the room, and ask the right questions during meetings with other business units, vendors, and internal executives
• Experienced in streamlining redundancy and technical debt.
