Position Overview
The Director of Information Technology provides strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise technology infrastructure, clinical applications, cybersecurity, vendor partnerships, and digital innovation initiatives. This position serves as the liaison between business operations, clinical leadership, development, finance, and external technology partners to ensure technology solutions support OTS's mission of delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
This leader develops and executes the organization's technology roadmap, oversees enterprise system implementations, evaluates emerging technologies, and ensures that all technology investments align with organizational objectives and long-term growth strategies. The role partners closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable technology solutions across existing and future clinic locations.
Remote position; Colorado, Washington, or California preferred.
