    Always Compassionate Home Care provides the highest quality of community home-based services, combined with exceptional compassion and innovation to enhance each patient’s quality of life.     Title: Director of Infusion

    Salary: Up to $180,000

    Location: Melville, Long Island (on site); local travel within LI required

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations to generate leads for home care services.
    • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding client base.
    • Lead sales efforts, working closely with operations and care coordination teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
    • Manage a team of intake (admissions) coordinators, providing training, mentorship, and performance oversight.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and brand awareness.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on revenue growth, client acquisition, and market penetration.

    ***This position is based in Long Island. Candidates must reside in/near this location to be considered.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field strongly desired
    • Experience in the healthcare sector; familiarity with medical terminology
    • Experience with supervising/managing a team
    • Prior experience with outreach and community engagement activities
    • Prior experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care, skilled nursing, or related fields.
    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through relationship-building and strategic sales.
    • Understanding of Long Island’s healthcare landscape and referral networks.
    • Ability to travel locally to meet with potential clients and referral partners.
